How To Cook The Best Steak

Of course there are lots of opinions on how to cook the best steak. Here are a few pointers from our Owner and CEO who has personally cooked more steaks than the combined number cooked by most small countries. Ok that might be a slight exaggeration. Anyhow, here you go:
Slowly defrost steak in the refrigerator over a few days in preparation for cooking
Let it warm to room temperature before cooking
Enhance, don’t mask the flavor of your fine Chianina steak. We recommend applying Olive oil to both sides of steak. Add pink Himalayan Salt and Gourmet fresh ground multi colored Peppercorns to your taste. For a different flavor add rosemary. Gently push seasonings into the steak.
4. low heat
These steaks are cut very thick. Low heat and longer cooking times are very important! Sit back and enjoy the journey!
5. seared steaks
If seared steaks are desired we recommend doing this at the end of the cooking process.
Please use a meat thermometer to take out the guess work and avoid over cooking your steak!
